The extensive Complete Planning Package allows
clients rest and relaxation throughout their engagement. This package is all inclusive and is perfect
for couples who have limited or no time to plan and manage the details
involving their wedding. It is up to you
to be as involved in the process as you want.
I will be assisting the couple from beginning to end by starting off with
a personalized list of vendors, a monthly checklist to help keep you on track,
complete help with event design and décor, and attend all necessary planning
and design meetings with vendors. The
Complete Planning Package also provides unlimited email and phone communication
and includes all elements of our Partial Planning Package below.
The
Partial Planning Package has been designed for couples with a vision. They want to take part in their own wedding
plans, but are also seeking help and advice in certain areas. I will sit with you
and review the progress that has been developing, and then create a plan for
what steps to take next. First, an
inspiration board will be designed to come up with design and décor ideas. Some other steps may include venue recommendations,
budget development, and layout design.
This package includes six planning meetings (including those with
vendors) along with site visits/walk through of the ceremony and reception
sites. The Partial Planning Package also
provides unlimited email and phone communication and includes all elements of
our Day-of-Coordination Package below.
Are you more of a “do-it-yourself” bride and groom? Then this package
is perfect for you! This package is for those who want to plan everything
themselves, but on the day of the wedding, they want to relax and enjoy it!
You give us all the details of your wedding and we make them come true.
This package starts out with a planning meeting six weeks in advance to
find out all of the details. Then, I will personalize a timeline
for the wedding to be presented to your vendors along with follow ups
with your vendors, assisting them with set up and break down of the
wedding, attending a final walk through of the ceremony and reception
sites, coordinating a wedding rehearsal (1-1.5 hours) and wedding day
coordination from start to finish (up to 10 hours). The Day-of-Coordination
Package also provides unlimited email and phone communication six
weeks before the wedding.
Most of your wedding has been put together, but you still need help in a
few minor areas. Whether it is putting together your wedding timeline,
searching for vendors, or attending a florist meeting, an hourly wedding
coordinator may just be the right fit for you.
